Q. What is the fee to participate in tackle football for 2012? A. Registration fee is $150.00 for your 1st child and $125.00 for your 2nd child, if you register by July 2nd, 2012. A $75.00 late fee will be assessed to all registrations completed after July 2nd. The INFC states all clubs must register every child via the sportabase site before July 27th 2012. Registrations taken after July 27th will be done so on a grade and needs basis. Uniforms will cost $110.00 for two jersey's and one pant/belt. Checks for the uniform will need to be made payable to Gorfam Athletics. Registration fee's need to be made payable to BYFA.
Q. How do I register my child for tackle football? A. All children must be registered in the sportabase system as well as attend one of the on site registrations to provide mandatory documentation, pay registration fee's, and be fitted for game uniforms. NOTE: You will still need to attend one of the on site registrations to receive uniform fitting, pay fee's and provide mandatory documentation required by BYFA.
Q. Can I pay by check? A. Yes, please make check payable to BYFA. You will pay during one of your onsite registrations which should be posted on the website and communicated via email when the information is available. **Please note your child's name and grade in the memo section of the check.

Q, My child had never participated before. Once I sign him/her up, what do I need to do next?
Q. Does my child need to have a physical?
A. When you register your child, please indicate that you wish to return to the draft in the special request/comments section of the form.
A. Our draft rules are governed by INFC and are very specific. Please see the rules/regulations section of the INFC website. The address is www.youthfootball.com.
A. According to INFC rules, a child in the 3rd - 7th grade levels will be allowed to play up one grade level only with approval. The only way a child would be allowed to play up two grade levels would be for the reason of weight. A player will not be allowed to play down a grade level. If your child is in Mighty-Mite (1st or 2nd grade), they are not allowed to play up a grade unless the child turns 8 years old prior to September 1 or the weight rule affects the player.
A. All games are held on Saturday. The first regular season game is in August.
A. All games schedules will be available the week of the first regular season game. Your coach or team mom will distribute the schedules. You may also go to the INFC website to print the schedule.
A. All games are scheduled every hour and 15 minute increments.
A. You will need to have your child at the game field 45 minutes to 1 hour before the scheduled game to be weight in and properly warm up. Please verify with your coach as they will make the final determination of when you should arrive at the games.
A. No, half of the scheduled games are played in Bixby and half of the games will be away.
A. The home fields are located behind the high school on the soccer fields and also at the high school field.
A. Yes, per INFC rules there is a gate fee. Adults are $3.00, Students (6-18) are $1.00, Seniors 65> $1.00, and children 5< are free. Players and cheerleaders do not have to pay gate.
A. Yes, there will be a gate fee for each different location. As long as you have both games at the same complex you will only need to have your hand stamped to come in and out of the games with only one entry fee.
A. You should be able to get a stamp at the gate before you leave the first game to allow you to reenter the second game.
A. The INFC stands for Indian Nations Football Conference. This is the parent conference that Bixby Youth Football is associated with. The INFC handles all scheduling of pre-season, post-season, and league games. The INFC also handles all scheduling of league officials. Bixby Youth Football is an INFC league sanctioned club and thusly fall under all rules set forth by the Conference!
